How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary slightly depending on your location:
-For customers in Victoria, approximately 7-10 working days;
-For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD, approximately 9-12 working days;
-For customers in WA, NT, and TAS, approximately 9-12 working days.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Some orders are shipped in separate packages because we work with multiple suppliers and warehouses. To deliver your items as quickly as possible, products may be dispatched from different locations. This is normal and you will receive tracking for each package.
Will I receive tracking for each package?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the delivery progress. If your order contains more than one item, they may be shipped in separate packages and you will receive tracking for each parcel.
Do I have to sign for delivery?
