We want you to be confident in your purchase. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-saleable condition. We cover return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

Yes. All orders include tracked shipping as standard. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times vary by location, and most orders arrive within the estimated timeframes listed on our Shipping Policy.

-For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD, approximately 9-12 working days;
